Oversight
Things are truly out of balance and Vermonters are getting squeezed from every which way. Taxes, education, fuel costs and more. How much more can an average Vermonter take?
NO MORE, is how I see it.
I will take a stand against fraud and abuse of federal tax dollars to minimize the federal tax burden on working Vermonters and maintain social security for retirees now and in the future.
This is the most important job of congress.
Accountability
We need to get the Big $$ out of elections so every true candidate can be heard, not just the ones who are beholden to their big corporate donors.
Crime is also a huge issue, and one that we need a handle on sooner rather than later. We need accountability from our justice and legal systems to ensure safety and prosperity for all Vermonters.
Healthcare
I support Americans being healthy-and HAPPY. Everywhere one looks, mental illness, depression and anxiety, are plaguing our young people: the future of our country.
Our systems support a medical-industrial complex, and a disease-care model. We must teach how to prevent disease, and increase self-care by learning to understand our bodies from a young age. This would truly be *health-care*, and it’s being done all over the world. People need options and choices. Controlling health care costs can help reduce school budget pressure.
Americans rank last in the ability to lead long, healthy, and productive lives, according to a new Commonwealth Fund report. Laughter is the best medicine and I will support programs that bring people into harmony with their natural way of being.
Investment
Vermonters need good jobs, and affordable costs. We need to attract businesses by getting more investment for our state.
The federal government plays an important role in investing in both physical and human infrastructure for the states and I will work tirelessly to help Vermonters in this endeavour.
